I have a Solo4k and a 4K HDR television.
Since upgrading to 13.0.3 all SD and HD channels have the wrong colours. There's too much red, and this is especially noticeable on skin tones. The colours are fine on UHD channels.
It appears that VTI is now always telling the television to use the BT.2020 colour space for all channels, even non-UHD channels where that colour space is incorrect. If I manually set the colour space on my TV to BT.709 (sRGB) the colours on these channels look correct.
I think this might be related to "fix HDR/HLG problem" from the release notes.
